From September 15 to 17, the 24th RubberTech China 2026 will be held at the Shanghai New International Expo Center (SNIEC).

Global Debut of the RT550: Specializing in Composite Insulator Molding
Developed specifically for composite insulator manufacturing in the power industry, the DKM-RT550 will debut globally at RubberTech China 2026.
Designed around the molding requirements of composite insulator products, the RT550 incorporates application-specific optimizations in its mechanical structure, hydraulic system, and control logic.
The machine improves injection precision, pressure-holding performance, product output, and ease of operation and maintenance. The RT550 has over ten key technological advantages. It aims to deliver stable and repeatable production for tough power insulation tasks.

RV100: Field-Proven Precision and Production Efficiency
In addition to the RT550, Dekuma will showcase the DKM-RV100 rubber injection molding machine,a model that is deployed in global markets and proven in the field.
With an injection pressure of up to 2,500 bar, the RV100 enables precision molding of a wide range of rubber compounds, including high fluo content.
Its innovative “single-cavity, four parts per cycle” configuration increases production capacity by 70% compared to conventional equipment, helping manufacturers boost production efficiency while maintaining stable molding performance.
For ease of maintenance, the injection system features a quick-release design. You can quickly remove the material chamber from the injection unit. This makes it easier to replace seals and clean rubber compounds. As a result, maintenance time is reduced, and production can continue without interruption.
RA2400: Extra-Large Rubber Injection Molding in a Single Shot
Dekuma will also showcase its technical expertise in extra-large rubber injection molding machines, represented by the DKM-RA2400.
The RA2400 has a single injection unit capacity of 190,000 cc. It’s built to fill large, complex mold cavities in one shot. This lowers the need for staged injection and splicing. It also helps decrease seam defects in big rubber-molded products.
Typical applications include:
- Ultra-high-voltage composite insulator bushings
- Bridge seismic isolation bearings
- Marine fenders
- Large rubber pads for mining
