our journey into specialized rubber track machine development began in 2012.
During visits to various rubber track production facilities, our technical team observed that manufacturing often involved over 30 steps, many performed under high temperatures.
Witnessing the strenuous conditions faced by workers spurred our motivation to innovate – to develop a rubber track making machine that could automate the core molding and vulcanization process.
To further improve efficiency and product quality, we created a complete rubber track production line consisting of the automatic feeding unit and rubber vulcanizing machines. This fully integrated production solution streamlines the entire manufacturing flow from material feeding to final curing.

Dekuma machines focus on automating the core molding and vulcanization stages, including rubber loading, steel cord tensioning, mold clamping, vulcanization, and product handling.
Automated rubber loading, steel cord tensioning, demolding, and product handling reduce labor-intensive operations during molding and vulcanization. Based on dekuma application data, labor requirements can be reduced by about 50% compared with traditional equipment.
Automatic steel cord tensioning helps maintain consistent reinforcement positioning, while stable mold clamping and pressure holding support controlled conditions during long vulcanization cycles. Production parameters can also be monitored and recorded to support process analysis and traceability.
