Our journey into specialized rubber track machine development began in 2012.
During visits to various rubber track production facilities, our technical team observed that manufacturing often involved over 30 steps, many performed under high temperatures.
Witnessing the strenuous conditions faced by workers spurred our motivation to innovate – to develop a rubber track making machine that could automate the core molding and vulcanization process.
To further improve efficiency and product quality, we created a complete rubber track production line comprising an automatic feeding unit and rubber vulcanizing machines. This fully integrated production solution streamlines the entire manufacturing flow from material feeding to final curing.
This rubber track molding machine also overcame the limitations of traditional jointed rubber track production.
